We use only the freshest and finest quality ingredients to create our cakes. It is important that your cake looks fantastic and that it tastes great too!

It is possible to mix flavours in multi-tiered wedding and celebration cakes.

Our rich fruit rum cake is our speciality and is made using premium quality ingredients, including raw cane sugar, sultanas, raisins, currants, cherries and rum. The cake needs time to mature and is available on advanced request.

A light fruit cake is also available on request.

Buttercream fillings and frosting:

For an added twist, we can add the buttercream filling of frosting of your choice.

Our standard cake is more than 6cm deep which is deeper than cakes available in the retail shops and therefore better value.

Hand made sugar flowers, models and advanced piping is extra. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirement.

Individually decorated cup cakes are also available.

Prices are based on collection only, although delivery can be arranged.
